Roman Pechenyuk

President & CEO

Roman started his business career as an insurance agent helping people save on their auto and home insurance policies along with protecting their families with life insurance.

Along the way, he saw a need in the community for a professional and honest tax preparer. Roman added tax preparation to his roster of services in 2003 with just a few relatives and friends. Now, over 5,000 people trust him with their taxes, accounting, payroll, insurance, and/or real estate needs.

Yelena Mokrova

Licensed Insurance Agent

Yelena has been working in the insurance industry for more than 20 years, servicing Russian and English speaking clientele across Washington State. Her insurance career has earned her multiple awards for Best Customer Service, Retention, Cross Sells, Top Producer, and Peer Recognition.

Yelena Palich

Junior Accountant

Yelena began her career as a Medical Assistant (2009–2011), working closely with patients in both front-desk and back-office roles, gaining hands-on clinical and administrative experience.

From 2011 to the present, she has worked as a Dispatcher for a trucking company, where she developed strong logistics coordination skills and consistently delivered excellent customer service.

Between 2020 and 2025, Yelena expanded her expertise as a Freight Broker, managing appointments, handling claims, resolving transit delays, and addressing unexpected issues efficiently to ensure smooth transportation operations.

Currently (2025–present), she works at WCF Services Inc, assisting clients with tax preparation, accounting, and payroll services, while continuing to provide high-quality customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Halyna Tyron

Interpreter and Translator

With over 10 years of experience as a translator and interpreter, Halyna is passionate about helping individuals and businesses communicate clearly and confidently. She brings a strong background in client support, document handling, and administrative coordination, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and precision.
